Custom Fondant Cakes
All of our fondant cakes are crafted with a rich, buttery pound cake and filled with smooth buttercream for a sturdy and flavorful base.
Fondant is used for the outer layer and decorative details to achieve clean lines, intricate designs, and a polished finish. Due to the nature of fondant and structural design requirements, buttercream is used as the primary filling and base layer to ensure stability and support.
For special occasions such as weddings or events where the cake may need to sit out for extended periods, fondant cakes are designed to hold their structure and presentation while maintaining quality.

Our Fondant Cakes are sturdier than fresh cream cakes since they do not contain fresh cream, but they still require care. Please keep them refrigerated, especially on warmer days. Before serving, allow them to sit at room temperature for 1–2 hours—this helps bring out the best flavour and texture.
When transporting your cake, place it on a flat, level surface, such as the floor of the car or the trunk. Avoid placing it on car seats, which may tilt. Drive carefully and keep your vehicle well-cooled, especially on warm days.
Like whipped cream, buttercream can soften or melt in heat. Avoid leaving your cake or cupcakes in hot cars or direct sunlight for extended periods.
For the freshest experience, we recommend enjoying fondant cakes within 2-3 days of pick-up. If your cake is topped with fresh fruit, it’s best enjoyed on the same day.
Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator to maintain freshness for a little longer.
