Jessica is the founder and baker behind KEIKEU HOUSE, an Asian female-owned, small-batch bakehouse based in Surrey, BC.

She has been baking since 2015, beginning her journey with a focus on fondant cakes and decorative artistry. Through extensive training, she refined her craft and became certified in multiple cake techniques, including sugarpaste, royal icing, and fondant, after completing the PME Professional Diploma Course with PME UK in Hong Kong.

Today, Jessica blends her technical expertise with a refined, minimalist aesthetic and a love for balanced, never overly sweet flavours. Every creation is handcrafted with intention, precision, and care—where artistry meets subtle elegance. She now focuses on soft, airy chiffon cakes filled with fresh cream, finishing each piece with clean outer layers and delicate decorative details using the skills she has developed over the years.

For Jessica, baking is more than a skill; it’s a way of celebrating meaningful moments and turning memories into something beautifully edible.
