Ordering Process

1. Fill Out the Order Form

To get started, please complete our order form with as much detail as possible. This helps us bring your sweet vision to life! Be sure to include:

  • Your preferred cake size and flavour(s)

  • The theme, colour palette, and any must-have elements

  • Inspiration photos or mood boards, if available

  • The date and time you’d like to pick up

The more details you provide, the better we can customize your order and provide an accurate quote.
Kindly note: A minimum of 1 week’s notice is required for all custom orders.

2. Confirmation & Quote

Once we receive your form, we’ll review your details and respond within 48 hours with:

  • Our availability for your requested date

  • A custom quote based on cake size and design complexity

  • Any questions or clarifications needed to finalize your design

Once you’re happy with the plan, we’ll send over payment instructions to secure your booking.

3. Secure Your Booking with Payment

Your order is not confirmed until payment is received. To secure your spot, please submit payment within 24 hours of receiving your quote and confirmation. If payment is not received within this time frame, your requested date may be released to the next customer in line.

4. Pick-Up & Delivery Details

We’re a home-based bakery in Surrey, located less than 5 minutes from Surrey Central. Once your order is confirmed, we’ll provide the exact pick-up address. We also offer Pick-Up in Richmond, located on Number 4 Rd & WIlliams for a discounted fee

Delivery is also available if you’d like your order brought directly to your home or event venue. Additional fees apply—please refer to our delivery rates page here
