Changes to Orders

Need to make a change? Please reach out at least 5 days before your scheduled pick-up. While changes aren’t always guaranteed due to the complexity of custom orders and our baking schedule, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Order Cancellations

Cancellations made within 7 days of your pick-up date are non-refundable. If you need to cancel, we may offer a reschedule within 2 months, depending on availability. If rescheduling isn’t possible, a store credit may be issued for future use.

Late Pick-Up / No Show

Please arrive on time for your scheduled pick-up. We offer a 30-minute grace period, but if you’re running late, please notify us as soon as possible. Pick-ups delayed by more than 1 hour may require rescheduling at our discretion. Unclaimed orders without communication may be forfeited without refund.

Transport & Damages

All cakes are packaged with care and handed off in pristine condition. Once your order leaves our premises, we are not responsible for any damage during transportation. Please drive safely and follow any handling instructions provided.

Allergy Disclaimer

Please notify us of any allergies or dietary restrictions when placing your order. While we take great care during preparation, KEIKEU HOUSE is not a nut-free, dairy-free, or gluten-free kitchen.

Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including:

  • Dairy

  • Eggs

  • Wheat (gluten)

  • Soy

  • Peanuts

  • Tree nuts

If you or your recipient has a severe allergy, we strongly recommend ordering from a bakery that can guarantee an allergen-free environment. Your safety is very important to us—please reach out with any questions or concerns.

Rush Orders

Need a cake on short notice? Rush orders may be accepted based on availability and are subject to a rush fee.
